There's nothing wrong with a UI library, and Chakra UI is the one.

TailwindCSS is an atomic design system yada yada, ad nauseam ad infinitum.

What I want is a quick way to get a site up and running without overhead, especially if the site is just a bunch of static files.

Chakra UI does the trick. And yes, I hate CSS.
